Use this direct DNA probe test with BD MicroProbe™. Processor 4450100 for the differential detection of Candida species, Gardnerella vaginalis and Trichomonas vaginalis causative agents for vaginitis) from a single vaginal sample. The test features an easy-to-read, visible color reaction that is more accurate than microscopic methods. A visible blue color reaction on the organism-specific bead embedded in the probe analysis card indicates a positive result. Each card contains three vaginitis organism test beads plus positive and negative control beads to help ensure test quality. Results are available in 45 minutes and automated test procedure requires less than 2 minutes hands-on time. 

• Kit includes: probe analysis cards, reagent cassettes, substrate solution, lysis solution, buffer solution, filter tips, sample collection caps, sample collection tubes and individually-wrapped prescored sterile swabs and is sufficient for 24 patient tests. 
• Additional sample collection swabs and sample collection sets are available separately. Each sample collection set includes an individually-wrapped, prescored sterile swab, sample collection tube, sample collection cap, resealable sample transport bag and an instruction sheet.
