Liquid Scintillation Vial is manufactured from Wheaton '180' low-potassium glass. It comes with an attached polypropylene cap with a metal foil liner. Critical manufacturing tolerances ensure reliable, consistent results in scintillation counting. The vial will load properly into counting machines without jamming or breaking. Background counts are consistent and low, with high ultraviolet transmission. The white cap fits tightly to avoid solubilizer fumes in the laboratory, and the top is suitable for marking. Meets ASTM Type I Class A and USP Type I standards.
