Revvity, Inc. Cellometer® SD100 Disposable Counting Chambers
Cellometer® Counting Chambers are compatible with all Cellometer® Systems. Each all-plastic, disposable slide contains two sample counting chambers with precisely controlled height. The fixed 20µl sample size allows for simple, automated calculation of cell concentration following imaging and counting. Each chamber has two ports. Load cell sample following the recommended volume for your slide type into one port. The second port allows air to escape for easy loading. Standard chamber thickness. Packed with protective film on both sides. Remove protective film before use. After loading the sample, the slide is inserted into a Cellometer® System. Cells are imaged directly from the center of the counting chamber. Image-based counting with disposable counting chambers offers several key advantages:
- No potential clogging
- Ideal for fragile samples, such as hepatocytes
- No washing
- No potential cross-contamination
- Expiration date is 1 year from date of manufacture. Check expiration date on outside of cardboard box.
- Compatible with all Cellometer® instruments.
