Millipore Sigma® Reflectoquant® Phosphate Test, Reflectometric
The Reflectoquant® Phosphate test includes test strips and all necessary additional reagents. It is suitable for determining orthophosphate in wastewater, soil samples, fertilizers and food. In sulfuric solution orthophosphate ions (PO4³?) react with molybdate ions to form molybdophosphoric acid. This is reduced to phosphomolybdenum blue (PMB) that is determined reflectometrically on the RQflex®.
