The sterilizing cylinder in this Market Forge Sterilmatic autoclave is a 3/6" (4.9mm) thick wall, welded aluminum. The polished stainless steel exterior is an added feature. The Market Forge Sterilmatic sterilizer door is a self-sealing type that will remain closed until the steam pressure is completely exhausted from the chamber. The door is 12 gauge stainless steel and removable for cleaning without tools. The door gasket is one-piece molded, also replaceable without tools or cement. The sterilizing cycle is fully automatic with the time, temperature and venting controlled by the microprocessor based, digital controller. The sterilizing temperature can be set anywhere in a range from 155 degrees F (107 degrees C) and 250 degrees F (121 degrees C). There is a built-in data logger/printer built-in USB port or direct serial port for printer connection or download data to a thumb drive for historical back or sharing of data with others in this autoclave for sale. The data logger records the time, temperature and pressure for each sterilization cycle.
