Labconco® Stoppering Tray Dryer
FreeZone® Stoppering Tray Dryers lyophilize moderate to large loads of vials or serum bottles and stopper them under vacuum. They offer temperature control from -40 to +40° C. Options include a 6-port manifold, isolation valve and sample trays. A pneumatic mechanism stoppers containers under vacuum on three large adjustable processing shelves, 16.5in x 12in each. An HCFC/CFC-free refrigeration system and electric heater cool and heat fluid medium that is circulated through the shelves to maintain shelf temperatures within ±1° C. Lyo-Works™ OS lets the user set up to 30 programs, with up to 16 steps
each; record, chart and store data; and receive email alerts. The tray dryer connects to a FreeZone® Console Freeze Dryer that provides a real time display of the tray dryer’s parameters on a large capacitive touch screen. FreeZone® Console Freeze Dryer manufactured after July 2017 and vacuum pump are required (not included).
