Part of the Maestro Plus™ series, the Follett® Maestro Plus™ undercounter ice maker can produce as much as 425 pounds of ice and store 75 pounds of ice at a time. This unit is ideal for facilities with limited space availability because it measures 23.5 inches in width by 26 inches in depth by 39 inches in height—this provides sizeable capacity in a compact footprint. Without legs, the ice maker can fit beneath standard counters, and its Teflon glides enable operators to slide it into place. This unit produces customer-preferred Micro Chewblet™ ice that is simple to chew and melts slowly, maintaining the temperature and quality of beverages.

For optimum durability, the Follett Maestro Plus™ Micro Chewblet ice machine's auger, evaporator, and top bearing are heavy-duty stainless steel. This unit's oversized, tapered roller bearings maximize its service life while lowering maintenance requirements, and its semi-automatic cleaning cycle reduces maintenance costs. Because the ice machine regularly self-flushes, ice quality is improved and scale is reduced. This energy-efficient unit uses 25 percent less energy and 40 percent less water than comparable machines, and because it's designed with a front-breathing configuration, side clearance isn't required.
