The Follett Maestro Plus™ ice machine head can produce 425 pounds of flake ice per day if optimal conditions are met. Because it uses an air-cooled system, this ice maker operates less efficiently than a water-cooled unit, but it consumes less water for lower utility costs. It’s designed to be mounted on top of a bin and measures 18.80 inches wide to encourage multi-unit setup. Constructed with a self-contained condenser, this ice maker is simple to install and doesn’t require the purchase of a separate condensing unit.

To enhance the Follett Maestro Plus™ flake ice machine head’s durability, it’s designed with an auger, evaporator, and top bearing made of sturdy and rust-resistant stainless steel. This machine minimizes noise output with quiet operation and has no harvest cycle, which makes it ideal for dining areas. It self-flushes automatically, promoting cleanliness and ensuring fresh-tasting ice. Inside, its heavy-duty roller bearing has a tapered design and is oversized to handle heavy use. When maintenance is needed, the unit’s LED control board notifies users of the machine’s status with its indicator lights.
