The Follett® Maestro Plus™ flake ice machine head is a water-cooled unit that features a self-contained condenser, which doesn’t require any extra coolant lines or the purchase of a separate cooling system to install and operate. Intended for mounting on top of a bin or ice dispenser, this ice maker has a narrow, 18.80-inch footprint, enabling users to install ice makers side by side on one bin. With its automatic self-flushing cycle, this unit ensures that ice remains fresh and sediment free day after day.

Producing flake ice, the Follett® Maestro Plus™ ice machine head is suitable for smaller grocery stores, healthcare facilities, or catering operations. Flake ice is soft and moldable, making it perfect for packing around bowls, trays, and bottles in catering setups. Built with a rugged stainless steel auger, evaporator, and top bearing, this machine withstands heavy-duty use. It features an oversized, tapered roller bearing and a LED-lit control panel that alerts users when maintenance is needed using its built-in indicator lights.
