Air cooled with a self-contained condenser, the Follett® Horizon Elite™ ice machine head mounts on top of Follett® ice storage bins. In 24 hours it can produce as much as 759 pounds of Micro Chewblet&trade ice—chewable, nugget-style ice that is 3/8 inches long. The machine harvests ice quietly, making it a solid investment for establishments with the ice storage bin near a seating area. To keep the machine cold, it uses R404A refrigerant.

The Follett® Horizon Elite™ commercial ice machine head has a front-mounted LED display that provides information about diagnostics and operations to reduce preventative maintenance pileups. Key components that touch water and ice are protected with Agion® antimicrobial agent to slow the growth of bacteria between cleanings. Semi-automatic cleaning and sanitizing cycles are possible with the touch of a button, while ice odor and tastes can remain neutral with the unit’s scale-producing dissolved solids expulsion mechanism. Overall, this machine is 22.70 inches wide by 24.50 inches deep by 21.25 inches high.
