Portal Pages
Your Portal Pages
Once logged into the site, your account profile shows a dashboard of pertinent information and provides access to all of the portal pages. Clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner will take you to the dashboard.
On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you will find links to all of your portal pages:
- My Account (this dasboard)
- My Orders (all of the orders you have placed)
- My Backorders (any backordered items)
- My Quotes (any active quotes)
- Shopping List
- My Invoices (all of your paid/unpaid invoices)
- My Returns (any returned items)
- My Scheduled Orders (all active recurring orders)
- My Pending Orders (any orders pending approval by a manager)
- Recent Purchases (historical information)
- Buying History (aggregated historical information)
My Orders
This provides a list of all of the orders you have placed with MSI. You can search through the history using the search boxes at the top of the page. You can even Export the list as a CSV file for import into a spreadsheet (or other application).
My Backorders
Any items that are backordered or pending delivery are shown here.
My Quotes
Quotes are requests for prices. If you have special needs or are interested in bulk pricing, then contact our sales team or submit a quote using the REQUEST QUOTE link in the header or the Request Quote button on this page.
