This sustainable, flexible, long lasting, crack-resistant tubing continues to provide the same great performance. The sterilizing methods for this tubing are conventional autoclaving (steam 30 minutes at 15 psi, 121 °C) and ethylene oxide.
Tygon S3™ Formulation E-3603 tubing is non-oxidizing, non-contaminating, and less permeable than rubber tubing. The glassy smooth inner bore helps prevent build-up and facilitates cleaning. Coils are also marked at 30.5 cm (1') intervals for easy measuring. It is specially formulated for resistance to flex-fatigue and abrasion. Generally used as tubing in instrumentation connection, venting, draining, and other laboratory applications, Tygon S3™ Formulation E-3603 tubing offers superior life, minimizing labor and the expense of replacement.
Certifications: Meets FDA criteria, NSF 51, NSF 61, 3-A. Meets USP Class VI, Japan Food Sanitation Law#370/1959, 1935/2004/EC, 10/2011/EU. Does not contain chemicals on California's Prop 65. Does not contain BPA.
